New patients may schedule an evaluation by calling the office or by booking online. Existing patients may also send a message through the patient portal.

Calls, portal messages, and refill requests are handled during office hours. Please note that email is not a secure method of communication and should not be used for clinical questions or personal health information; the patient portal is available for that purpose.

Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We serve patients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Initial evaluations take place in our office. Follow-up appointments may be conducted in the office or by video, and telehealth is available to patients located anywhere in Texas at the time of the visit. TMS and Spravato are office-based treatments and are provided in person.

Our phone and patient portal are not monitored in real time.

Emergencies

In an emergency, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call or text 988.

The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is available at all hours by call or text.

Neither is appropriate for an emergency. Messages and calls received after hours are picked up when the office reopens.
