This site is not medical advice
Everything here is general information about our practice and the conditions we treat. Reading it does not make you our patient, and it is not a substitute for an evaluation. Medical advice happens in an appointment, with your history in front of us. Do not start, stop, or change a medication based on something you read here.
Limits
This site is not for emergencies
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, or call 911. Our email and voicemail are not monitored around the clock.
Do not send health information through this site
Email and web forms are not a secure way to send medical information. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or test results. Once you are a patient, use the patient portal or call us.
When you become a patient
You become our patient when we accept you and you are seen for an appointment — not when you fill out a form, send an email, or leave a voicemail. Filling out a form does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and does not guarantee an appointment.
Appointments and payment
We are currently a self-pay practice while insurance credentialing is underway. Current rates are posted on our Insurance and Fees page, and payment is due at the time of your visit. Every self-pay patient receives a written Good Faith Estimate before starting care. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged $100.
Medical advice happens in an appointment, with your history in front of us.

You are welcome to link to us or print pages for your own use. Please do not republish our content. Photographs on this site are used under licence from their copyright holders; they are not ours to license on, and they may not be copied or reused.

We link to a few outside services, including our patient portal. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but medicine changes and so do our services, hours, and rates. If something here conflicts with what we tell you in the office, what we tell you in the office is correct. Call 972-332-5922 if you need to confirm anything.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
